Choosing the right photographer is one of the most important decisions you’ll make for your wedding day. It’s not just about beautiful images — it’s about trusting someone to preserve the emotion, elegance, and energy of each moment.

What to expect
This is our process:
I. Booking your session
- Let's get to know each other with a video or phone call. Share your vision and ask us questions.
- If you decide to move forward with us, we will send over a contract and an invoice. We require a retainer of 50% or $1500 max to hold your date. The retainer is put toward your final balance.
- After we have received your contract and retainer, we will begin planning your engagement session together. See Photoshoot Guide below for ideas and information.
- 4 weeks before the wedding/session date we will send over an in depth questionnaire to prepare us for our time with you.
- We are available throughout your wedding planning process to help answer any questions you might have.
II. Take photos.
- We strive to create a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere during our time with you, to bring out authentic emotions and personalities. While photographing, we take a mix of candid and posed photos to capture your story seamlessly.
III. Protect your memories
- We deliver sneak peak photos within 72 hours of your event/session. For full wedding galleries our turn around time is 90 days at most. During our slower months we are able to deliver much quicker. For 1-2 hour sessions full galleries will be delivered within 14 days.
- For your convenience, we have hand selected a high quality printer and have them linked to your gallery. Simply click on the shopping cart in your gallery, choose your print(s), and have them delivered to your door.
IV. Deliver memories.
- When we photograph your wedding, your images are saving to two SD cards at the same time per camera (dual slot) for extra protection.
- When we arrive home we immediately back them up on our two external hard drives.
- We keep all of the images on the SD cards until after we deliver your gallery and have heard back from you.
FAQ
We don't want to do an engagement session, does that change the price?
All of our wedding packages include a complimentary engagement session, which has no monetary value. We include this session as a gift, and use it as a way to get to know you. It is a great way to make sure you are comfortable with us and in front of our camera's before the wedding day! Opting out of the engagement session will not change the price of your wedding package.
Do you have a travel fee?
Yes, we do! We charge the WA state federal rate of .70 a mile which covers gas! If your wedding is 2 or more hours away from us, we may charge an additional accommodations fee.
There is no travel fee for weddings within 50 miles of Leavenworth, WA
Do you give out raw photos?
Nope! Raw photos do not accurately display our work! But we work with you to make sure you love your final gallery.
