What to expect
This is our process:

I. Booking your session
- Let's get to know each other with a video or phone call. Share your vision and ask us questions.
- If you decide to move forward with us, we will send over a contract and an invoice. We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to hold your date.
- After we have received your contract and deposit, we will begin planning your session together. See Photoshoot Guide below for ideas and information.
- 4 weeks before the wedding/session date we will send over an in depth questionnaire to prepare us for our time with you.
II. Take photos.
- We strive to create a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere during our time with you, to bring out authentic emotions and personalities. While photographing, we take a mix of candid and posed photos to capture your story seamlessly.
III. Deliver memories.
- We deliver sneak peak photos within 72 hours of your event/session. For full wedding galleries, you can expect the process to take 8-10 weeks and up to two weeks for 1-2 hour sessions.
- For your convenience, we have hand selected a high quality printer and have them linked to your gallery. Simply click on the shopping cart in your gallery, choose your print(s), and have them delivered to your door.
FAQ
We don't want to do an engagement session, does that change the price?
Most of our wedding packages include a complimentary engagement session, which has no monetary value. We include this session as a gift, and use it as a way to get to know you. It is a great way to make sure you are comfortable with us and in front of our camera's before the wedding day! Opting out of the engagement session will not change the price of your wedding package.
Do you have a travel fee?
Yes, we do! We charge the WA state federal rate of .65 a mile which covers gas! If your wedding is 3 or more hours away from us, we may charge an additional accommodations fee.
Do you give out raw photos?
Nope! Raw photos do not accurately display or work!

Wedding Tips and tricks

I. Having a summer wedding?
If you are having an outdoor wedding in the summer, consider having an evening ceremony! Here's why:
- If the wedding party/guests are wearing suits, there is a chance they will overheat. Standing in direct sunlight for 15-30 minutes often results in very squinty eyes, and sweaty faces.
- Another trick to combat the heat is to make sure that the venue has a shaded ceremony site.
II. Spend More time with your guests
Your wedding is a very special day, where friends and family come to celebrate you. More often than not, our couples feel rushed during their formal photo hour, and sad that they don't get to spend that time with the people they love. Here's two suggestions to spend the most time with your guests:
- If you are doing a first look prior to the ceremony, consider doing all of your family and formal portraits before the ceremony.
- Book a post wedding adventure session with us. Get dressed up one more time, and enjoy an intimate two hour or half day session with us, while we capture your love in the mountains at sunset, or in a specific location that is meaningful to you.
III. Fast and smooth family photos
Four weeks prior to your wedding day, we will send over an in depth questionnaire to prepare us and ensure a smooth day. We will ask you for:
- A list of all the name combinations you'd like for family portraits!
This will help us organize the wedding guest in a quick and effective manner and get you back to your wedding.
